Mr. Hall is the President of the Valour Group of Companies. The Valour Group consists of various integrated real estate service companies providing services including development, construction, asset management, property management and financial services. Mr. Hall has over 25 years of experience as an asset manager, project manager, development manager, construction manager and real estate advisor. Mr. Hall has managed various commercial and multi-residential projects and portfolios. Mr. Hall has been responsible for a portfolio in excess of 8 Million square feet with asset value in excess of $1 Billion. His expertise includes asset management planning, acquisitions, due diligence reviews, real estate work-outs, property repositioning, valuations, development, financing, property dispositions, leasing and project marketing. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor’s Degree form York University, is a licensed commercial real estate broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with REIC/IREM. He is also a licensed mortgage broker acting as the Principal Broker (under FSCO) for Pro Funds Mortgages. One of the core objectives of the Valour Group is to effectively manage risk in the projects undertaken.

- Cumulative real estate management portfolio in excess of 20 Million sq. ft. including 10,000 residential units.
- Extensive experience on managing/administering construction activity including ongoing life-cycle capital repairs, building renovation, complete building rehabilitation and tenant leasehold improvements.

Executive Director / Managing Partner
Ms. Campagnaro is founder and President of Pro Funds Mortgages (www.profunds.ca) and several other real estate companies. She has been active in the real estate industry for the past 25 years with expertise in mortgage finance and real estate investment. Ms. Campagnaro has been investing in real estate since the age of 18 and has acquired various multi-residential and commercial investments over the years. Ms. Campagnaro has been providing mortgage finance and advisory services in the residential, multi-residential and commercial real estate sectors to borrowers, and to both private and institutional lenders. Over the last 20 years, Ms. Campagnaro has arranged and coordinated mortgage funding in excess of $1.5 Billion, including commercial properties, multi-residential properties, land, developments, mezzanine financing and construction financing. Ms. Campagnaro’s success can be attributed to her constant drive to assist clients to achieve their financial goals.

- Licensed Mortgage Agent since 2000.
- Pro Funds (Mortgages) – President and Partner (over past 20 years).
- Acquired various multi-residential and commercial real estate properties representing over 1000 residential units and 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

- Established a large and active private mortgage investor pool.
- Speaker for various real estate investment training programs across Canada.
- Authored dozens of articles on Real Estate Investment and Financing.
- Frequent guest on the TV Show “The Everyday Investor”.
- Host of the new TV Show “30 Minutes to Wealth”. This program will be focused on achieving success in real estate.
Falco is a graduate of University of Western Ontario Ivey Business School (1980) and has successfully completed both the CA (1983) and CMA (1987) programs. Lou brings over thirty years of experience in finance, tax and business management. Lou has owned several businesses in the technology field including most recently Net Access Systems, Hamilton’s largest independent ISP. Lou also owned and managed a regional leasing company, Westbury Leasing for several years in Burlington. Lou has acted as a consultant to several developers in structuring the financing for development purchases and advised on the accounting, tax and financial planning of the projects. Lou is a senior manager at Valour Capital and currently assists us and our clients with assessing various opportunities and structuring financing including our mezzanine and equity solutions.
VP Property Management
With over twenty years of national experience in property and asset management, Jim leads and mentors a dedicated team of real estate professionals at Valour Management. Prior to joining Valour, Jim has held senior management positions with CAPREIT, Strategic Group and the Government of Yukon. He has managed a wide variety of commercial, government and multi-residential portfolios throughout Canada, in excess of 4 million square feet with asset values exceeding $1 Billion. His expertise is in operations and asset management, and includes the deployment of leading edge technology as a means of improving productivity. Jim is recognized as a thought leader in commercial real estate, and has served on a number of Non-Profit Boards and business associations.
VP Real Estate
Mr. Long, has an exemplary track record of leading marketing and service teams in the corporate real estate sector. He has more than 40 years of success in leasing and selling commercial, industrial, office and investment properties. As the Broker of Record and Executive responsible for the growth of the Commercial Real Estate Division of The Canlight Hall Group, he was the driving force behind the success of the company involved in transactions involving an estimated millions of square feet of leasable/sellable commercial space.
Matthew serves as Property Controller of Valour Management Inc. and VP, Finance of District REIT. Prior to this, Matthew worked in a senior treasury role for Mattamy Homes. He has extensive experience in all areas of financial management, having served as Controller and VP, Finance of a Toronto-based private equity practice, with significant commercial real estate and hospitality divisions, positions that he held for several years. Matthew’s breadth of expertise includes financial reporting, corporate and personal taxation and treasury management. Matthew also brings several years of experience in property management, development and repositioning. Matthew has a proven track record of process improvements. He is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program. He also holds Honours Bachelor degrees in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Erik Kroman is a Chartered Accountant and a finance professional, with extensive project experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Valour Capital, Erik worked with Mattamy Homes on a variety of large scale projects, with specific focus on land development and financial reporting for joint ventures. In his prior positions at KPMG, Erik was responsible for auditing and advising some of Canada’s top developers. Erik is well versed in the financial analysis of real estate investment from a capital management, risk allocation and costing perspective. He has been involved in a broad scope of assignments across multiple asset classes and is knowledgeable in best practices and analysis for institutional development groups.
Erik joins us as the Vice President of Finance and will be overseeing the finance and accounting functions at Valour. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
